Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior towards other players is strictly prohibited.

Real money trading (RMT) outside of our official marketplace system is forbidden.

Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain is prohibited.

All virtual items, characters, and in-game currency remain the property of Eternal War Aion.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items within the game.

Our legal marketplace system allows secure trading of virtual items between players under our terms.

All payments to Eternal War Aion are considered voluntary donations to support server maintenance and development.

Donations are generally non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Donation rewards are delivered automatically and are subject to our terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Players may appeal account actions through our support system.

We reserve the right to close the service with appropriate notice to players.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
